HMT (High Mobility Transport)
High Mobility Transporter (HMT) to meet the needs of primarily military customers for a light-to-medium load carrier. Now being produced in both 4x4 and 6x6 configurations, the 4x4 quickly developed a reputation as a formidable off-road vehicle and the 6x6 has demonstrated that it fills a clear capability gap in the medium load carrier market. The all-new HMT is destined to become a benchmark in off-road performance with customers so far in Europe and North America. Lockheed Martin Corporation has created a new Tactical Wheeled Vehicles business in the USA to develop the market for HMT in North America, and in 2006 acquired all rights to the HMT design by purchasing HMT Vehicles Ltd.
Supacat
The Supacat has permanent six wheel drive (6x6) with the front four wheels (two axles) steered conventionally (Ackerman) by using a rotating handlebar arrangement. These handlebars also operate the steering brakes (inboard discs) which act independently on each side of the vehicle giving brake (skid) steering. The Supacat is diesel powered and driven through a four forward and one reverse ratio automatic gearbox. The Supacat is built around an aluminium clad, steel rectangular hollow section chassis fame, which forms a hull that enables the vehicle to float and also protects the majority of mechanical components. The 'belly plate' is of hardened aluminium and can have a steel protective front plate.
MPV (Mine Protected Vehicle)
The MPV is specially equipped for minefield route proving and casualty evacuation. It is in service with the British Army and when not deployed the fleet is stored and maintained by Supacat.
Skidoo
Sucacat Ltd offer support and a marketing base in the UK for the Bombardier Nordtrack range of Lynx oversnow vehicles - commonly known as Skidoos. In conjunction with the oversnow vehicles, Supacat Ltd have developed a special sledge. Teaming with other specialist manufactures who have in depth knowledge of operations in extreme cold and snow environments a sledge has been developed for use behind small oversnow vehicles - not necessarily skidoos.
Lifeboat Launch & Recovery
L&RS - Designed to launch and recover the RNLI's new FCB2 Lifeboat, this tractor/powered trailer has been developed by Supacat in conjunction with Bosch Rexroth, who are responsible for the hydraulic drive system.
Projects
Supacat are able to design and manufacture special projects using the expertise built up over 26 years.

One such project is the Glider Winch developed for Devon & Somerset Gliding Club. The Supacat winches are built to a design which originated in 1960 but was substantially revised and updated in 1985 when the first of the new generation machines was built for Devon & Somerset Gliding Club. Both the directors of the company have been active glider pilots and have been involved in the problems associated with winch launching sailplanes for over 40 years. This experience of operating and maintaining launching equipment has been concentrated in the design of the Supacat winch and we believe the concept overcomes those mechanical and kinematic shortcomings which can so often cause problems in winch launching operations. Some of the winches are believed to have carried out over 100,000 launches.
