Supacat can deploy specialist Field Service Representatives (FSR) or Field Support Teams (FST) to provide on-site support wherever they are required. Support available includes providing spares, repairs and post-design services.
FSTs comprise experienced Supacat-approved engineers, whose in-depth vehicle knowledge enables practical fleet support in the field. Working closely with the customer, they keep vehicles operating in all environments.
Supacat's FSTs are supported by our in-house Management Information System. This MIS optimises vehicle management through real-time sharing of information between deployed teams, users, project managers and support staff. It benefits the customer by simplifying fleet operations and maximising efficiency, control and through-life support at the point of delivery.
