
Phil Applegarth
Head of Customer Support
Supacat welcomed Phil into the team in 2009 as the Support Operations Manager. He was promoted to Head of Customer Support in November 2011.
Phil and his team of support managers are responsible for delivering all aspects of in-service support to our customers world-wide across all four of the major sectors in which we operate. This includes Spares, Repairs, Field Service Support, Training, Upgrades and Improvements and Post Design Services to meet the customer's needs.
Prior to joining Supacat, Phil completed 23 years in the Military. His last post was as the Command Master Driver within HQ Land Forces where he provided subject matter expertise across all operating areas of the MoD. His considerable experience of vehicle based military operations enables him to intimately understand the needs of our customers and thereby deliver a first class service.
