Marine and Renewables Director

Supacat welcomed John Treasure to join the team in 2003.

John has moved on from his position as Customer Support Director to take on the newly established role of Marine and Renewables Director. In this appointment he is responsible for all phases of the Marine and Renewables business stream, including responsibility for orders, sales, cash, cost, schedule and quality performance of all projects, both internal and external, within the business stream. As the primary point of contact for our marine and renewables customers, John is responsible for delivering, managing and fulfilling contracts.

Before joining Supacat, John gained more than 10 years' commercial and operational experience in the petrol retail industry; particularly involved with fuel charge card operations, fuel price analysis and petrol station databases.

John also has over 20 years of military service in the British Army, with the core disciplines of logistics and transport. A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Army Staff College, he has a wide knowledge of military procurement from his time as an operational requirements staff officer in the Ministry of Defence and a directing staff at the Royal Military College of Science. John also commanded an armoured division transport regiment in Germany.
