Barbara Wilcox

Business Systems Manager

Barbara Wilcox joined Supacat in 2003 as Procurement Manager, with a remit to streamline and standardise the purchasing process, and reduce stock holding. In 2005 Barbara was instrumental in implementing Supacat’s new enterprise resource planning system.

As Business Systems Manager since 2007, Barbara’s responsibilities include maintaining Supacat’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management certification. Since these internationally known and respected standards focus on continual improvements to quality and environmental performance, Barbara is closely involved in developing, monitoring and refining processes, tools, targets and outcomes.

Barbara also controls security at Supacat, a role that includes attaining and maintaining company and staff security clearances.

Before joining Supacat, Barbara spent 12 years as Head of Operations for Retail Decisions (ReD), a world leader in card fraud prevention and payment processing.
